Monitoring

The Monitoring section tracks applicants against sanctions lists, PEPs, and your custom Blacklists. Daily checks are performed at scheduled times, and you can see when each check occurred. The system flags documents approaching expiration—you can set the number of days before expiry, and notifications will be sent to a specified URL. The Applicants tab shows all applicants for the selected period. Reports can be generated and downloaded via the Reports section.
